So much has happened! Part of the reason I have not sent this sooner is I am doing my best to find balance again in my life. I am officially done with editing and tweaking Vicious Miscreations, and I really only have two more things I need to do, and both have to wait until it is nearly release day. So, I am trying to take some much needed time to rest and recover, and resume existing as a human and not just the writing gremlin curled up on the corner of the couch.
Reviews have been trickling in and I am so grateful for those of you who have taken the time to review. If you have read Vicious Miscreations and have not had the chance to review it yet, you can do so HERE. You’re not obligated, but reviews make a huge difference to indie authors, especially newbies to the scene like I am. Reviews help other readers find my book, and also encourages the algorithm to push my book. So if you have the chance, I would be eternally grateful!
There is less than month until Vicious Miscreations is out in the world! I wish I knew how to describe all the feelings swirling around in my head. Going indie and the process of publishing my debut novel has been such a wild learning experience. There have been so many ups and downs, but there has been one consistency through it all: you. This community has absolutely blown my mind with all of your support. From other indie authors, to readers, to family and friends, my cuppeth runneth overeth.
Thank you.

ARCs you DO NOT want to miss…
You guys. TWO of my author besties have ARC applications open right now, and I just cannot help but tell you that you should ABSOLUTELY sign up to read these books. Do not miss the opportunity to read and review these books early!
Exodus’s Chorus
Book 2 in an epic trilogy of shenanigans, friendship, and trying to outwit the gods. Sooooo good. I am currently reading this and I am shooketh. Apply HERE

The Taste of You
An adult Romantic Fantasy whose characters are absolutely going to burrow themselves into your heart and live there. I had the opportunity to beta read this book and I loved it then. I am SO excited to get the ARC in my hands. Apply HERE.

Finally, I just had to share a little tidbit of and update on Project Bone Thieves. For those of you who haven’t been following my journey for long, this is my almost fully drafted standalone New Adult Fantasy Comedy Horror-ish novel that is Little Thieves meets These Vengeful Gods. It takes place in one of the worlds you saw just a tidbit of in VM – Shrivenka, the winter world. For vibes, I want you to think ice-lined flowers, graveyards, bone and tattoo magic, anti-heroes (of course), re-animated corpses and necrotic magic.
Anyway, while I am also working on VM2, I am almost done with the first draft of PBT (77k!) and because of that, I wanted to celebrate by resharing this artwork by Kara Voorhees.
Have a glorious rest of the month!!
